Seller gains access by logging in themselves or clicking on a link that you email to them. Sellers can play “what if” with their own projected home price and see how an instantaneous change in projected price effects some basic analysis. Now you have the seller engaging with you in their own space with your branding and email updates coming to them while they are in the decision phase of picking the listing agent for their home.
