If your home does not have a photo gallery, you are then limited to the 25 photo maximum of the MLS. That’s 1 main photo and an average of 12 interior and 12 exterior photos! Sorry, but in today’s market, that just does not cut it!

Your home must be one of a few that a potential buyer puts on their “must see” list. If you do not have great photos, and lots of them, you are hurting your marketing effort in a big way!
If you list with Windermere, a beautiful photo gallery can provided on a site that gets over 4 million of visitors every month. These photos are then uploaded to other national sites. Not every brokerage provides photo galleries. Your home will have so much more exposure if you are listed with a company that, A) gets millions of visitors each month and, B) has a photo gallery that the agent has taken advantage of for you. Large brokerage companies like Windermere have these capabilities. Smaller companies do not!
