Should My Marketing Plan Include a Custom Photo Book of My Home?

Selling a home is a psychological process. If you have great photos that compel a buyer to come look, they will unconsciously try to match what they saw online to the reality of being there. Good photos = good feelings. Bad photos will also enforce bad feelings.

If a buyers first impression can be reinforced by a photo book, it would be a little harder to mis-match those feelings should the home look a different than what they saw online.

Your photo book will have images that were taken when the home was looking its best. The weather during the photo session may have been much better than the day a buyer walks in. It would be nice, for example, to reinforce that deck or front yard with the nice sunny photos; different than the rainy day when the buyer came.

Furthermore, when your property finally sells, you will have this book to take with you as a keepsake of all the time and memories you had at the home.
