How many products sold anywhere in the world are limited to about 120 words? Think about that!

The image to the right shows you what that looks like. The MLS has a 750 character limit. There are thousands of homes listed right now with this limitation. Selling a home is also selling the lifestyle…. It goes beyond the physical structure.

A home description should have the space to go into great detail about the home, the yard, the acreage, the neighborhood, appliances , construction, and other details important to a buyer. It should also talk about the neighborhood, the amenities, the local parks and recreation, the trails and waterfront and community features and events. This list could go on and on.




Could a buyer really be interested in all of this? Of course they could and in all cases, ARE!

Just like the limitations on photos, the only way to properly describe to any buyer what a property is all about, is to have a free standing web stite of the home, linked to every major web site where buyers are active.
