- Should I get precise pricing opinion from the agents that come to my home?
- Should I get opinion on condition and favorability of the home from agents that show it?
- Should I get free form commentary from agents that come to my home?
- Should my lock box be registered with the MLS number of my home so that there is a record of all showings?
You cannot get a grip on the marketability of your home until you get feedback from the agents showing it. I use a system that automates this process. Sometimes within minutes of a showing you are receiving this information.
My system sends each showing agent an e-mail asking then for information on your home. The information is filled out on an online form. It is then sent to you and me. The system compiles all of the agent answers and sends you a weekly report with analysis of the responses. The old school way of verbalizing all of this just does not work!
You cannot make sound decisions on the marketing of your home without this compiled information. You need to know your numbers and so does your agent. It is the only way to make good decisions on your next move.
Agent receives email and answers a short series of questions on your home. As soon as they push the submit button, you get the results and I get the same.
I’ve seen enough, take me to the plan summary “My Plan vs Their plan”

The most important question asked on this survey is the pricing question. Rather than using the default question with 3 answers (to high, to low, just right), I customize the question with incremented answers coming down off of the original list price. We want specific answers to this question and with multiple answers from agents, a picture starts to form as to where the price should be. The more answers we get here, the more accurate the average of those numbers becomes.
You will also be able to review back through each agents feedback to further analyze the data
