The fact that buyers spend more time on listings with 360 virtual tours, and are more engaged in the process should be reason enough to eliminate any thought of listing your home without this element included. When I researched 360 tours, I found that the product most agents use fell short in what I wanted to accomplish. Just like the proprietary nature of the Iphone that drove me to switch to android, I knew there had to be a product that would fulfill the needs I felt to be important. After weeks of trying different things, I came across a product that went way beyond my expectations; so much so, that I cannot even use many of tits capabilities.

As in this tour featured here, I put this all together by first identifying the items and features that will go into the presentation, room by room. Then the panoramic images for the tour are taken with special 360 cameras an lenses.
Pop up photos and videos are taken with traditional equipment and isolated from the rest of the still photos in preparation for linking to each room and hot spot within the room.
